The Townhomes at Oxon Creek is a 210-unit, new construction townhome development in the Congress Heights community of Washington, DC, the first in 40 years. Replacing acres of vacant, blighted buildings, it provided homeownership opportunities for first-time buyers. The project won the ULI Award for Excellence.
