Gotham's President, Desa Sealy, worked in conjunction with Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate to acquire and develop the new 240,000 sf Circuit County Courthouse. The $170M, Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain P3 project, will be completed in the Summer of 2021 and is projected to attain LEED Gold status.
